When I started Paradigm I needed to have an insurance agent who understood my business and would be there for me to learn what kind and type of insurance I would need. I would like to bring you and your team up to date with the results we have experienced so far with your Burner
Booster installation at our 44,000 square foot manufacturing facility in franklin, in spite of the short duration of the
test period to date.
Prior to installation, in the same period during 2010 we burned an average of 55 gallons per day. The results
since installation have been in the 35-38 gallons per day, a clear reduction in excess of 30%. I understand that
this a very short test period to date (roughly 45-50 days), nonetheless the results have been extremely gratifying
in a short time. Reliability has improved drastically and we have not experienced the reset problems we
experienced in years past. One of the improvements we’ve noticed is the cleanliness of the combustion chamber
since installation of the equipment, and the absence of particulates in the exhaust.
I grew up in the heating business, and, in fact have owned a retail fuel business. I cannot recall an improvement
in equipment and process which has shown as much promise as yours shows. This technology has legs in my
opinion, and we look forward to the ROI which appears very short.

I received a call this past week to look at job for a new client. Saturday was the day she needed me to look at the job so I agreed. I found that she worked for Easter Seals which is always fun giving quotes to people that work for the organizations you work for.
When arriving yesterday I found out that the water underneath her Mobil Home was not a water leak but a Sewer Leak? With no drain pipes leaking I looked around to see a raised bed septic leachfield behind the trailer. I dug a test pit 8 feet away which was something that I was taught to do by a fellow BNI member.
After I dug the test pit I saw water leaching into the hole. This is not a good sign for the owner of the Mobil Home Park. I believe they need a new leachfield. The Client Eveleen Barcomb looked really familiar. When I asked her about the 75th Easter Seals Celebration she answered, " oh we were there I am married to Ron and we were on the stage speaking about Veterans Count. I said "oh yes now it is all coming together", I remember you!
What a small world. She was happy that I did not charge her for the service call. Eveleen asked if I would quote her electric water heater. I did quote the water heater and was the low bidder and will be doing the job next week.
I also met the maintenance man Dan at this service call just by chance who I asked him a question of the location of the street shut off for the water. This was the first idea we had when trouble shooting the issues. I had not met him yet and we hit it right off. Dan said you are our new Plumbers at Highland Village in Goffstown, NH with a big smile.
After I did finished the call I placed another call to the President of the Park which is affiliated with the new Condo Association Highland Village we just started to work for. When I explained what I found I gave them a referral of a BNI person in my group to help them determine what the issues with the septic system may be. This is the magic of life and this is why I do what I do. God wanted me there to do this service call. We are not just solving problems we are sharing life with wonderful people.
After the service call I did pass out one of my Friendly T Shirts and connected with Eveleen and Ron on a spiritual level that just made my entire day. I was even blessed by a hug from Eveleen. We all need each other’s support and love each and every day. What story will be today when God puts me right where I belong. Stay Tuned.......:)

I just received a call from Lee Joyce. She phoned to say how wonderful, articulate, and delightful the tech, John Rider, was on his service call to her today. Greater Manchester Substance Abuse Collaborative: Sharon Drake has gathered with a group that represents every agency working with clients with substance abuse issues in Greater Manchester. The results of this Collaborative which meets monthly is to discuss ways to work more efficiently, share resources, parnter more effectively and serve clients through the continuum of care necessary to achieve great outcome for all. Bolduc Park 18th Annual Golf Tournament
August 19-21st 2011 help raise money for Bolduc Golf Coarse at their 18th Annual Golf Tounament. 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Hole in one contest win $ 10,000.
Closest to the pin on the 10th hole. 1st $50.00, 2nd $ 30.00, 3rd $ 20.00.
Bolduc Park Shootout and putting contest. Entry fee $ 25 adults, $ 20 kids 15 years and younger.
Sign up at Piche's Ski and Sports Shop and at Bolduc Park. T shirts for the first 50 Registrants.
All tournament player are invited to the post-tournament BBQ on Sunday @4:00 PM at Bolduc Park.

Last year I was asked to play in a Miniature Golf Tournament and my competitive side jumped out. I love to compete and although I am not the best golfer when they said Mini Golf I finally felt this was my platform to perform at a level that would put me at the top of the heap. I thought to myself victory will be mine and coming home with a trophy was ultimately a done deal.
Ok so I am a little over the top but anyone who knows me and how I live my life, "Imagination is a terrible thing to waste".

Being a director at Alliance for Business Growth has put me around some of the most motivated people I have ever had the pleasure to grow with. One meeting stands out in my mind of goal setting and when I thought of being conservative and go for a small increase in close business they would not have it. They said better to aim high and miss than to aim low and make it. I took a lot away from that meeting and starting thinking of higher possibilities. How often I had played it safe and made it. What would have happened if I went for it full out blowing away even my super fantastic goals? Today I am at a wonderful place learning this lesson from my teachers at Alliance for Business Growth.
