Steve has been diligent in rejecting any opportunities for recognition or accolades due to his mentoring, emphasizing that his only reward is the interpersonal success and continued privacy of his Little Brother.

Steve has also been proactive in seeking out opportunities to engage other members of the community who might be interested in mentoring young people. Time and again, he has gone out of his way to facilitate my attendance at BNI and other community organizations, to engage positive adults who might be willing to become mentors.
