My work involves interaction with many suppliers, contractors and vendors and too often, the importance of good customer service is overlooked. I also believe strongly in patting people and companies on the back when they perform well.
My wife and I have had your crew's perform several repair and maintenance service calls at our home and have been especially pleased with how we are treated as customers, from the people answering the phone and scheduling the visit, to the technicians who come to the house. All have been polite, well qualified and have left us feeling like we did the right thing by calling Paradigm.
We received your thank-you note this week as a result of our recent furnace cleaning by Jorge and while not necessary, it was another reminder that you and your staff "get it" when it comes to customer service.
