Dear Steve,
I've written this recommendation of your work to share with other LinkedIn users.Details of the Recommendation: "Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is the only company I would call to perform any service work to my home or office. As a real estate broker, I'm always in need of Paradigm's services. I refer them to all my clients for both commercial and residential real estate. They are dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and highly efficient. The Owner of Paradigm, Steve Labbe, is by far the hardest working individual you will meet. He works night and day to insure that all his customers are satisfied. Paradigm also won the NH Better Business Bureau's Marketplace Ethics award in 2009 which was well deserved. If you are in need of any plumbing, heating or air conditioning services, Paradigm is the only one to call!"

She is always in excellence and puts her clients and coworkers first. I am proud to work with her and have he in my life. She knows the real estate market like no one I know.
You can ask her a questions and if she doesn't have the answer which is seldom she will not stop till she figures it out. She is on time on task and will deliver the best in what every goal is put in front of her.

Hooksett is a community consisting of more than 600 businesses, 100 municipal employees, 125 educators and numerous volunteers. All help to make our town a better place in which to live and work. Many work tirelessly throughout the year with little or no recognition. To recognize these organizations and people, and to raise funds for the community work of Kiwanis, the Hooksett Kiwanis Foundation sponsors an annual major recognition event.
Community Leaders Recognition Event: 2012
The Hooksett Kiwanis Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of third annual Community Leaders Recognition Program. The following businesses and individuals will be honored at the 3rd Annual Community Leaders Celebration event on April 21 in the Dining Center at Southern NH University. The event is sponsored and hosted by Hooksett Kiwanis.

I've written this recommendation of your work to share with other LinkedIn users.Details of the Recommendation: "Steve and his staff have very high standards. They are prompt and punctual and perform high-quality work. They do not up-sell and charge rates competitive in the area. I have no reason to consider another plumbing/heating contractor and would recommmend Paradigm to anyone."

Greetings Friends,
I want to thank everyone who supported me for the Service Magic award. I did not make the final six as I thought I did. I apologize for my mistake. We will get them next year. I really appreciate the support and help to win this award. I wish good luck to the six finalists. My offer still stands who ever needs my help to win an award please include me in your quest for victory!
Have a super fantastic day,

Greetings Friends!
I want to thank all of you for nominating me for the Rebuilding Together Tradesperson of the Year award promoted by Service Magic. I was informed that your team efforts created the most votes ever for a nominee. WOW!!
Your kind words and support have placed me in the final category containing six nominees. Help us meet our goal toward Paradigm becoming Tradesperson of the Year. It is all about the votes each and every day! Votes can be casted everyday but only once a day. You can vote over and over. Voting starts Feb. 9th and is open till April 28th. This award would be an honor to receive and it depends on your vote and how often you vote. I was told last year’s winner had over 1,000 votes.
Your nomination got me this far and I am counting on you to take me to the top. Together, let’s break the record for the most votes ever received for a finalist.
Click onto this link to post to vote each day! http://www.rttradespersonoftheyear.com/
I really appreciate your help and please know that I will reciprocate this when you need me you have my word on it.
Have a super fantastic day,

I received a BNI Referral from Ron Pinciaro from NE Remediation Services (ners@comcast.net) the other day for a new client at RMS Mortgage Service. Her name is Gladys White CMP and she was trying to find out what the smell was on warm days coming from her second floor.
As I walked around she showed me three old fashion tubs what are never used. This is an easy call for me but I wanted to mention about what is wrong here. A TRAP is what keeps the sewer gas from entering into a home or business.
Water is the way a trap keeps that sewer gas out. There are many types of traps in a plumbing system. Drum Traps and P-Traps are the most common. When you do not use a fixture you will need to add water to the Trap to prevent sewer gas from entering the building. Non Toxic Anti-Freeze is a great addition to this drain as it will not evaporate as quickly as water does. Just pour a 16 oz cup full into the drain.
I like to add Bio Clean http://www.biocleansource.com/ also because it freshens the drain while taking care of the pipe and whatever is in the pipe. This is a way to keep all the drains and vents clean so build up around the inside of the pipe stays clean. Thanks you Ron for your referral and Gladys for allowing Paradigm in your place of business to solve your sewer gas issue. We really appreciate you!

Paradigm has agreed to help again this year at Building on Hope. The new project will be at Girls Inc. 344 Varney St. Manchester, NH.
We need your help! Our next meeting is on Friday February10th at 7:30 AM. This meeting will take place at Girls, Inc on Jonathan will have the plans available.
After the builders meeting the BOH committee will meet at approximately 8:30 AM. Please respond to this email as an RSVP.
A big Thank you goes out to you and your employees for all your efforts that went into the renovation of the Easter Seals Krol House in Manchester, NH in 2010. The house looks great, and I continue to receive very positive feedback that the boys are taking good care of it.
The volunteers of the Building On Hope Committee have reunited to help a second nonprofit, and we’ve selected Girls Inc. as the 2012 project. The facility is located at 340 Varney Street in Manchester, and serves approximately 100 at-risk girls each day in their after-school and summer camp programs. They also provide meals for 50-60 people each night.
We are very excited to assist Girls Inc. with inside and outside improvements to their building, and have set a timeline to get the work done in the spring. As you know our motto is “many hands make light work” and we intend to get the word out as many people as possible to get involved. But since you were such an integral part of the last project, we wanted to be sure you were asked first to join the 2012 project. Here are some important dates:
We already had one meeting. The second meeting for people who want to be involved will be this Friday. Project scope and work will be assign
The renovation will take place beginning with the “groundbreaking” on Friday, April 27th and end with the “big reveal” on May 13th.
All activities/meetings are at Girls Inc., 340 Varney Street in Manchester.
We all had such a tremendous impact on the building renovation in 2010, I hope you will consider joining us again, as we work to have a positive effect on the girls, families, and staff of Girls Inc. in 2012.
Keep up with everything going on with the project at www.buildingonhope.org and feel free to forward this email to anyone you think might be interested in helping with the Girls Inc. Building on Hope project.
Hope to see you Friday the 10th,
So Far we have commitments from: Dana Wallace from CFO on the Go and Steve April from Sam Mechanical. Please consider this amazing opportunity to give backJ
