I wanted to let you know I was very happy with my experience with Paradigm earlier this week. The woman who helped me on the phone was great and even called me back to keep me updated. I was very surprised that someone was able to come that same day (it was not an emergency) and that there was willingness to work with my scheduled. The technician, Chris, was very nice, gave me a good explanation of the problem, fixed it quickly and gave me some additional advice on increasing the efficiency of my furnace. I was expecting this to be a major hassle and it was a remarkably good customer service experience. It is sad that I found it so unusual. Anyways, thank you and I will definately call you next time I need service and will recommend you to my many friends. kc
