Tim is a man of integrity and honor. Watching him work in his business of BNI gave me a great sense of purpose for what he is creating. Tim lives in excellence in business and in life.
Tim is a person who will not stop till he gets it right. Tim loves to help others get to the next level of success. You can see this first hand with his complete dedication to his members in BNI NH.
I loved the class room trainings Tim would roll out where you would have those AH Ha Moments. I would then go into the real world and apply the principles he teaches and watch it work.
I appreciate Tim and feel very thankful for all that he has done to make me successful at Paradigm Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. I have a very deep respect for Tim and look forward to seeing him climb the ladder of Success.
The yellow gas pipe in your home needs to be grounded. This is done with a Dielectric Union located outside of your home after the gas meter. Then you will need a clamp on the black gas pipe on the inside of the home. We then run #8 copper wire from the clamp to the electrical panel or to the City Water Main.
If this is not done you may have a lightning strike which can put a pin hole in the CSST Piping. This has caused homes to start on fire and we all need to make sure we stop this craziness and protect our homes. Call Paradigm to see if you have this unsafe condition. Look at the pictures to see what happens when these gas piping systems are not grounded and when lightning strikes.
