you did for us from our recent plumbing and heating problems. We are very
impressed with;

* Quick response to telephone calls with an actual live voice at the
other end of the line - in this day of technology that is usually unheard
of.
* Appointment times were fulfilled by "on time" technician(s) that
were here when they said they would be.
* Workmanship was impeccable. The technician(s) knew what to do,
explained all the work that was being performed along the way. They kept the
work areas clean with little, if any, disturbance to the home.

The speed in which your ordered and installed the furnace unit was very much
appreciated!

A Special THANKS goes to "Tom" and unfortunately I do not remember the other
"gentleman's name" that was with him for a great job on the removal of the
old furnace and the installation of the new furnace. They worked hard,
effortlessly and put in a long day and got the job done in a very timely
fashion. They were very courteous and polite.

We look forward to doing business with you again. We have told all of our
family and friends about Paradigm and have passed along your contact
information to them. I've also told our neighbors about Paradigm so perhaps
you will be hearing from them as well. There is always someone looking for a
good heating and plumbing supply business.

We do plan on having Paradigm do the annual check up, cleaning and
maintenance on the new Burnham furnace that was installed. If you provide an
automatic call for service plan we would like to join up.
